Information on shipping to the data center

If you want to send something to our data center, please use the following address:

Please note the following points:

• Be sure to register your delivery with us in advance.
• Note the ticket number of the delivery notification clearly visible on the parcel.
• The shipment will not be received by us, but by Telehouse employees; it will take approx. one to two hours before we are informed of the delivery.
• Remember to let us know in good time if you need access to the delivery so that we can make everything ready for you.
• The mailroom is closed at weekends. If you have sent us a parcel in advance, pleaselet us know by 3 p.m. on Friday at the latest so that we can deposit it in the colocationfor your visit at the weekend.

If we have no other instructions from you, we will store the delivery for you.
