Write the ticket number of the delivery notification clearly visible on the parcel.

You will receive a ticket number once you register your delivery with us.

The shipment will not be handled by us, but by employees of the datacenter; it can take about one to two hours before we are informed of the delivery.

Remember to let us know ahead of time if you need access to the delivery so that we can prepare it for you.

The mail room is closed on weekends. If you have sent us a parcel in advance, please let us know by 3 p.m. on Friday at the latest so that we can deposit it in the colocation for your visit at the weekend.
Please do not enter Telehouse Deutschland GmbH as the recipient in any documents or on the parcel, otherwise acceptance cannot be guaranteed. Make sure that we as 23M GmbH are the recipient.
