Information on shipping to the data center

Please note the following points:

• Be sure to register your delivery with us in advance.
• Note the ticket number of the delivery notification clearly visible on the parcel.
• The shipment will not be received by us, but by Telehouse employees; it will take approx. one to two hours before we are informed of the delivery.
• Remember to let us know ahead of time if you need access to the delivery so that we can prepare it for you.
  
• The mail room is closed on weekends. If you have sent us a parcel in advance, please let us know by 3 p.m. on Friday at the latest so that we can deposit it in the colocation for your visit at the weekend.
