How do I get access to the Telehouse?

To get access to your colocation space, please contact our support team.

Our colleagues from the technical department will then create the registration for you.

Please note that:

• Only contacts who are registered in our customer portal are authorized to apply for registration for themselves or other persons!
• Access to the Telehouse is only possible with an ID document.
• Every visitor must be registered.
• Please let us know the period (from - to) for which you require access authorization. If your stay needs to be extended, please let us know as soon as possible.
• The mailroom is closed at weekends. If you have sent us a parcel in advance, please let us know by 3 p.m. on Friday at the latest so that we can deposit it in the colocation for your visit at the weekend.
