To get access to your colocation space, please contact our support team.

Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm
|at all other times
Our colleagues from the technical department will then create the registration for you.
Please note that:
- Only contacts who are registered in our customer portal are authorized to apply for registration for themselves or other persons!
- Access to the Telehouse is only possible with an ID document.
- Every visitor must be registered.
- Please let us know the period (from - to) for which you require access authorization. If your stay needs to be extended, please let us know as soon as possible.
- The mailroom is closed at weekends. If you have sent us a parcel in advance, please let us know by 3 p.m. on Friday at the latest so that we can deposit it in the colocation for your visit at the weekend.
