²) To ensure emergencies are resolved as quickly as possible, please note the following points when sending an email to noc@23M.com:
- Send the email exclusively from an email address registered in your customer account.
- Ensure that "noc@23M.com" is listed as a direct recipient and not just in the CC.
- Do not forward or reply to an existing ticket. Open a completely new ticket.
