ISO/IEC 27001:2013
Specifies the requirements for the introduction, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of an information security management system (ISMS).
- Identification and assessment of risks to information security and implementation of suitable measures to minimise risks.
- Defining measures to ensure information security, such as encryption, physical security measures and emergency management.
- Reviewing and improving the ISMS to ensure that it remains effective and can respond to new risks and threats.
ISAE 3402 Type 2
An audit standard that gives you, the customer, the assurance that critical business applications are delivered in a controlled and secure environment.
- A detailed description of the service system, including the relevant control objectives and activities.
- An independent audit conducted by an external auditor to assess the effectiveness of the controls over time.
- A statement from the service organisation's management on the adequacy and effectiveness of the controls.
PCI-DSS
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard is designed to ensure the security of highly sensitive credit card information.
- Use of technical and organisational security controls, including network security, access controls and regular monitoring.
- Conduct regular security reviews and audits by a qualified security expert.
- Training staff in security procedures and raising awareness of payment card data protection.
ISO 9001:2015
Defines the criteria for an effective quality management system (QMS) and contributes to the continuous improvement of the quality of our services.
- Focuses on fulfilling customer needs and increasing customer satisfaction
- Identifying and managing risks and opportunities in business processes.
- Regular review and improvement of the QMS through internal audits and management reviews.
EN 50600
Defines the standard for the entire data centre infrastructure, including buildings, power supply, air conditioning, cabling and security.
- Installation of redundant network connections for high availability and reliability.
- Access controls and monitoring systems as well as installation of fire detection and extinguishing systems to minimise local risks.
- Implementation of measures to optimise energy consumption and continuous evaluation of efficiency.
DIN EN ISO 50001:2018
Standard for energy management systems (EnMS) and defines a systematic approach for the continuous improvement of energy-related performance.
- Development of a clear energy policy and measurable energy targets and their continuous improvement Regular monitoring and measurement of energy consumption and efficiency measures.
- Internal audits and management reviews to ensure that the EnMS is implemented effectively.
Green IT
A certificate from TÜV to confirm that the data centre is powered exclusively by electricity from renewable energy sources.
- Use of 100% renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, biomass or, in our case, hydropower.
- Certification or traceability of the origin of the corresponding electricity.
