You should've already received the login details for our customer portal via a previous Mail.
Here a short introduction for you, how to connect to our server:
1. Login to our VPN portal with the following details:
https://vpn.23media.de
User: already known
Password: already known
(Don't hesitate to write us if you lost your Logins)
2. After login to the VPN portal the openvpn application is automatically downloading. Right after the download you can install the program and login to our VPN.
3. The VPN gives you the possibility to use our ILO/IPMI’s.

The next step ist to login to the Server. You can find the details in the captain.
You can login to the ILO/IPMI via browser. There you can connect to the remote console, reboot the server, or you can also mount a virtual media.
